On 3 April, the fishing company Siberia - Lares organized a fishing contest in the reservoir of La Serena. The contest was open to everyone who wanted to participate, but was not a member. As you all know we are a non-profit society with the aim of offering a different activity, stimulate children, young and old, and of course bringing together people with the environment around us, and that some barely know or no value.
The day was not entirely pleasant, forecasts watermark throughout the week, and I think that was one reason why more people did not come to compete. But the contest began without incident at 8.30 am and time to benébolo us, let's end around 14 hours.
seems that fish felt or sensed this sudden change of the atmosphere (after 2:30 p.m. water began to fall ever) and would not be delighted with too many bites, especially the tents, which are not brought a single . Only catfish were taken (almost all small sizing) also some cats fish (which were not in competition) and 2 fish majestic cats (3 kg each).
Contest winners were ADULT CLASS (1 º Prize José Angel Molina - 2 nd Prize Cerrato Diego) and Children's Category (1 º Prize José Ángel Fuentes - 2 nd Prize Daniel Vigara).
also comprises a host of prizes for all children and not as children who participated.
